This policy applies to Pathora-related services, including the Pathora website, Pathora app, connected learning services on study.eduzms.com, and related EduZMS learning workflows.

Pathora works with our LMS at study.eduzms.com. Depending on features you use, we may collect:
- Account data via LMS, such as name and email address.
- Learning data such as benchmarks, scores, study plans, assignments, and learning responses.
- AI interaction data, including the text or answers you submit for scoring and feedback.
- Voice/audio data if you use speaking practice, recording, or transcription features. Voice recordings are used only to provide speaking practice and feedback features.

- To provide IELTS learning services through Pathora and the LMS.
- To generate AI learning support, scoring, feedback, study recommendations, and pathway support.
- To track progress and personalize your learning experience.
- To support teacher review workflows in the LMS where applicable.
3) AI and Third-Party Processing
Pathora may process submitted content using our own AI systems, including PathoraAI where available, and carefully selected third-party AI or infrastructure providers where needed. We keep this processing limited to learning-related tasks such as scoring, feedback, study recommendations, and pathway support.
4) Data Storage
- study.eduzms.com stores and manages core account, learning, assignment, teacher review, and progress data.
- Some app data may also be stored locally on your device.

- Data may be shared between the Pathora app and study.eduzms.com to run your learning services.
- Data may be sent to external AI providers only for processing required to deliver AI features.
